Are there additional costs?
There is an initial cost which covers evrything you might need for the first year. From that point onwards you select what you need.
Support Included?
Support is included for the duration that you have a valid contract.

- Platform Support: Benefit from compatibility with additional platforms (excluding Zabbix).

- Feature Requests: Suggest new features to be considered for future product enhancements
What about Refunds?
There are no refunds availiable for this product.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?

Do you offer whitelabel services?
Not at this moment, but since it is requested alot we are working on a way to make this happen.
Can it function in air-gapped environments?
Yes the license manager can be activated without internet connection.
